Today while walking up Granville St, I spied an "Open House" sign outside a new condo building, and a trio of young folks considering checking it out. They were friendly ... and so we all went up as a group and inspected three itty-bitty lofts that were waaaay out of my price range.

Okay, so it's no longer 2005. It's a new year. The last post to this blog was about a twelve months ago. Yeah, i have made some progress, but not too much. I actually decided to move out of the house for comfort and safety reasons.... so i finished gutting the house. for example i pulled down the ceiling in the bedroom.
